Trying to find information about Patrick McEvoy

Hi,
I am trying to find any information about my father-in-laws brother Patrick McEvoy. He was born around 1929 in Londonderry and had 2 brothers Charles(b1935) and Joseph(b.1931). His father was John McEvoy (b.1895 Londonderry) and mother Rose Mary McDaid (b.1899 Donegal).
I don't have very much information about Patrick but i do know he was in the Army and had a daughter called Mary. I believe they lived in Edinburgh for sometime. I have a photo of Mary if this would help jog anyones memory please contact me.
Hopefully someone will be able to help me with this as i don't really know where to begin searching.
