Suggest you get abook from the library to get some ideas but I would say always use as many sites as you can and compare addreses etc.

i have sent of for the maraige certificate of dominic martin and catherine sweeney at last, i know he came from thiscounty italy with the information that has already been sent to me thank you, can anybody tell me how do i find out more on his father and mother in italy, i have looked on a few sites but these came up with nothing, i do not no where i am going wrong, i am going to sign up to ancestory.com today in the hope these can help because i am forever asking on this site for help, and i do not want to end up being a nuiscene many thanks for all your help previous

would anybody be willing to check the canadian census for me for dominic martin who went over there 1920 from liverpool who lived with mary sweeney i have just picked up on a site that i might be able to check as well, they originally lived in wakefield as you can see from my threads

i back again asking for help with a mary sweeney born 1874 in dewsbury emmigrated to canada date is on my thread i think about 1920 she boarded alone then met up with dominic martin her brother in law but they originally stated that they were couisons any help on this would be much appreciated i know that they were going to canada, any ideas or tips on how to research them in canada

The last Canadian census online is 1911 except for the Prairie provinces in 1916 so they won't help.

Donna you have people searching for information that you have already been given That is why GR ask you not to have more than one thread about the same person.

why on earth are there at least three threads on the same person - really not on - please do not post any more

Donna you do not want to delete any of the threads now as there is info on all of them. What I think you need to do is contact support and ask them to merge the threads.
