Hope someone can help me. Have traced my maternal line back to James Glasgow and his wife Ann who were from Orritor or Craigs, Kldress, Co.Tyrone. they were born circa 1810 given the age of their 6 children.

1. Mary Glasgow circa 1835 she wed John Dixon 01/02/1853

2. Matilda Glasgow 12/02/1836. This date was given to me via someone who says she was baptised 31/05/1869 at Kildress
Same day as Sister Sarah

3. Thomas James Glasgow circa 1840 wed Francis Bole 12/04/1860 at Orritor, Kildress

4. William Glasgow born circa 1841 wed Isabella kennedy 28/02/1863 (My Lines )

5. Sarah Glasgow born 14/03/1851. This date was given to me via someone who says she was baptised 31/05/1869 at Kildress
Same day as Sister Matilda

6. Dorothea 'Dorothy' Glasgow circa 1849 wed a William Swailes 29/04/1871 at Derryloran

What i dont know is the baptism dates for these children apart from Matilda and Sarah who were baptisedlong after there births. ( Why ?) Am hoping that these baptism s may give a clue to their mums maiden name.Recently got a 1796 document that puts 2 William Glasgows at Orritor and Craigs and strongly believe one of these is my James father.

Have a wedding cert for William Glasgow and Isabella Kennedy
daughter of Thomas and Jane ( another dead end ) and t5he cert indicates William worked as a farmer in Orritor and lived in Craigs possibly as they bordered each other.

Sorry to go on but any info on any of these would be wonderful as i am now at a full stop
Heres hoping
