I did, thank you. Well, at least I thought it was a good bet - I knew he was already a soldier before WW1 and was born in 1890 in Hereford. |

The Medal Office only replace WW2 service medals to service veterans or if deceased to the member of the family who now holds the medal, under certain circumstances where the medal is lost through street theft,burglary or house fire. |
