Member Since: March 2006 Posts: 9 Send Message	I have recently been able to find my gtgrandmother married William thornton after giving birth to my illegitemate Grandfather. She was Caroline Mcdermid. I have birth registers of Caroline thornton born 4th feb 1920 and Thomas born 19 Feb 1924 both in old kilpatrick Dumbarton Scotland - Trying to find any extra information any other children are there any step cousins etc...... I found a marriage register for Caroline Thornton to William Donnely not sure if it is the same one. any help gratefully received regards Karen
