Can anybody help me I’m looking for any information on my Uncle Albert Charles Skinner or his descendants. My uncle served in the Royal Canadian Artillery, he was a Lance Bombardier (Butcher) No.B.16532. His home address in Canada was Ennerdale Road, Toronto, Ontario; his address in the UK was Haywards Heath during WW2. He married my aunt Kathleen Mary O’Leary on the 13th of June 1943 in Surrey UK. She was a private in the A.T.S. and her No was W/227146. My aunt and my uncle had a son Raymond, who was 1yr 10mths when they went to Canada after WW2. They went on to have another three sons and a daughter during there married life. My uncle’s father’s name was Albert George Skinner, and he served in the Veterans Guard. |
