What happend to Harold Hutchinson

Can anyone help me, I am trying to find what happend to my uncle Harold Hutchinson.He was born in 1904 in Pendleton Salford England Father Squire Hutchinson Mother Amy Hatcher.
He arrived in Philadelphia on the 19/8/1906 with his Mother and sister.He is living in Philadelphia on the 1910 census aged 6 with his family, their names have been misspelt but corrected.
His father died on Dec 6 1912 then the family returned to England probably in 1912/1913
I cannot find any record of Harold he does not seem to have returned with the family.Did he die of TB like his Father in Philadelphia?
