JANE MITCHELL

I'm looking for information on Jane Mitchell, daughter of Alexander Mitchell, tailor, in Fochabers.

Jane married John Logie, the son of Gordon Logie and Catherine Anderson of Bellie.

I'm trying to get to the bottom of a mystery. John Logie married Agnes Finlay in Duffus 1846. She died in 1863. John married Jane Mitchell in Fochabers 12 Dec 1852. At this point, Agnes was still alive and living with their children in Glasgow. Their daughter Margaret was born in 1858. Jane lived with John and his parents in Bellie. I have found no children from this union.

Any information would be greatly appreciated.
