Hi I am trying to find anyone who may have Elaenor Grey born 1903 in Blyth Norhumberland on their tree.

Eleanor married Robert Lamberth in March 1923 at Horton Church Blyth. Her father was John William Grey.

Eleanor was my grandmother and left the marital home in 1932-1935, this makes it difficult to trace any record of her after that period. I believe she met someone and left with him to live in North Shields.

If you know of her I would love to hear from you as it makes me sad to think I know so little about my grandmother. What little I do know is she was sad within her marriage, that is why she left her four children with their father. I have heard she was a very sweet person and it had to be hard to leave them behind.

Please, please if you do know of her can you reply to this post.

Kind regards

Janice (Lamberth) Iley
