I'd ignore that tree. Anyone who copies Nobant instead of Robert into their tree can't know what they're doing.

They have Sarah born 1846 and then marrying at 11. Doesn't make sense.

They're on Charlton St. from 1869-1871 and in 1891 which is in Marylebone district. In 1881 they're in Pancras district. I don't see births for Rose, Emma or Louisa in either of those districts.

I'm trying to put things together, so forgive me if you have the following information ..... I'm hoping it will eventually lead to Rose/Rosina

Names of children taken from that 1881 Census

The only one that I can be sure was baptized in London and was the son of your William and Sarah is Francis

There are a lot of couples with William and Sarah BUT none of the Williams are Gilders apart from that one.

So I can't find the baptisms for certain for the children .... so they are like Rose/Rosina ........ missing!!!

Yes, that is the family in 1881 thank you. That Norbant should be Robert and there is Rose - ROSINA.

The registration quarter is just that , when they were registered rather than born, You have 42days ie6 weeks from the date of birth to register a birth so its more than likely a birth of 28th may would be registered in June or even early July to keep it within the required time scale . Sept quarter covers births reg from 1st June -30th Sept.
For instance my dad was born 28Dec 1907 and his mum registered him end Jan 1908 so his birth comes under Mar qtr 1908 even though he was born in 1907

The date on free bmd for quarters are not birth dates but the dates that the parents register the birth,

Do you know for definate that your rosina was born in that in quarter or are you going by ages on census

Then, as now, I think they had to register within 42 days.
28 May to beginning of September quarter ( ie 1st July ) is less than that, so although they were a bit slow, everything is OK regarding dates.
