When is this possible step sister alleged to have been born and who is her mother??

Don;t know who her mother was except there was an announcement in the Sunderland Echo and apparently, she turned up at my grandparents house in 1941

I don't know who you are or if I will get a reply but i just found this message from 2009 I know it's a long time ago but I just found it my mother is the illegitimate daughter of Anthony Hunter teasdale she knows he lived in murton county Durham not a lot more she was born in 1945
