Stuck finding relatives in 1851 cencus ... ideas p

Oh :( I was just looking up Barton Regis and it was abolished as a registration district in early 1900's but was it was around it covered St John St Philip Bristol which is where William was living around that time . In all records re Frank hes an Ernest not thomas / wonder if its just got changed in transcription? |
