Liverpool/Ireland Fenan Farley family

Annie Fenan (unsure of spelling) married John Henry Ross in Liverpool1881 she is the dau of William .
Found William Fenan on census records wife Catherine Farley 1835 Ireland dau of Owen 1792 1871 census then Fenan spelt Finnen there are references to Ireland looks like Kerran Kellran.
Any Idea where they could have come from?
