Does anyone have any ideas how my grandmother Mary Elizabeth Cowdell born Dewsbury 1894 could vanish without trace after her marriage to Edward Patchett in 1920 (l have marriage certificate) Bradford. W.Yorkshire
My mum was brought up by her gran and they never kept in touch as far as l know
l have had look ups done by some really kind people for emigration to America and Australia
l have searched and searched ancestry for a remarriage or death but nothing
There is one Edward Patchett death but it's not him and also a Mary Elizabeth Patchett but that's not gran either
l'm really at my wits end as l've been searching now for 8 years
Any help tips or advice is most welcome
