who said to google?? well i did all the combintions of echo/egoho and I hit a gold mine! I now know for sure they changed the name in 1890. Lydia was christened hagar in dec 1890. |

Thanks for the information. I will have a little look 2night. I have tried to find peter hagar again but having no luck at all. cant find the surname on here no matter what i use?? so I am a little stuck with peter hagar born 1885-1950. I beleive the name change was between 1901-1911 due to the war. The children must also have had the old name so thats why so hard to find them and what they were doing.. |

Since your nan was only a=18-19 on 23/9/1950, I presume there was some problem over parental permission that needed court intervention |
