Hi Loraine
Thanks so much for the info, really appreciate it. I haven't been able to trace him as yet beyond 1881, but I still have alot of searching to do, I have only just started on this side of the family but found a match for Llewelyn and was told he'd gone to the US but this lady seemed quite confused with the details. Llewelyn was the son of Richard Evans born 1831, Anglesey and Margaret Rogers born 1839, Caernarfon, he was one of 9 brothers born between 1864 and 1877 I think. Llewelyn was the 3rd or 4th born and 2 of the brothers died in infancy in the early 1870's and one died age 5. I am not able to search tonight but I will check the census records tomorrow and let you know if I find him. Thanks again
Vicki

Hi Lorraine

In that case do you have the marriage details for a Robert Sutherland who wed an Elizabeth Wilson in 1887 in Allegheny, PA.

Plus a Thomas Musgrave death in PA from 1900 to 1910. My ancestor was on the 1900 census aged 72 but he is not on the 1910 US census.

Plus if you are able to the death details of an Elizabeth Sutherland in 1911 in Allegheny please if you could?

Thanks in advance.

Hi Loraine
Could I ask if you could look at the 1910 US census for me please. I am trying to trace
Llewelyn Evans born 1868, Anglesey, Wales
I know he moved to Phoenix (not sure when) and married Anne ? (possibly had the maiden name Evans as well) b1871, Dogelly, Wales, and between them they had 4 children Margaret Evans born 1903, Wisconsin, Richard Evans b1904, Wisconsin, Albert Evans b1909, Phoenix, Wilbur Evans b1912 Phoenix.
Were there any other children?
Is there any record of their ships passage over to the US.

Many thanks

Vicki
I am also interested to see if you would

Hi Lorraine,

That's definitely my Stanley's baptism. Thank you. I'm surprised you didn't find anything for Ethel Mary, usually if one child is baptised then they all are. I suppose they had to buck the trend!

Thank you for your time and the info, Karen

Hi Lorraine,

Thank you so very much for your great help. I've been searching for some time to see when she emigrated. Thanks also for looking for the girls & William Baker and the info on Arthur.

I'ts been a great help, so much so I think I may have finally found a living descendent of him.

Thanks again, your've been terrific.

Good luck on your own research.

Hi Lorraine,

Could you please have a look in London Baptism Records for me?

I'm looking for children of Arthur and Emily James baptised in the Peckham/Camberwell area between 1898 and 1906. The first two children found should be Stanley Arthur (c1899) and Ethel Mary (c1900). Father's Occupation: Train Driver. Address in 1901: 61 Kimpton Road, Camberwell, London (Surrey).

Many thanks, Karen

(Her sister's children were baptised at St Andrew's, Stockwell Green, in case that helps!)

Hi Lorraine, that's really useful. Ethel was born Ethel Eliza Blyth in 1880 in Southampton. She married Mark in 1904. Mark is the one you mention in the ships list, but I have no idea what happened to Ethel.
Thanks for all your help.

Hi Lorraine,
are you able to check the US census for me please? I have a Mark Goldstein who was born in Poland around 1870. He emigrated to the US in 1912 - I have seen him on a ships list. He went to New York, but after that I don't know where. It is possible he went on to Canada. He was married to Ethel (nee Blyth).
Thanks,
Estelle

Hi Lorraine,

Thanks very much. The info you have given has helped a lot. I've discovered it co-incides with his father's death.

You said you'd have another look for me, which I appreciate very much.

Could I also ask for another look up. With the info you have given me I was wondering if his other son would have returned for his burial. I don't know whether your offer would cover this area , so don't worry if it doesn't it is a long shot.

William Henry Baker b 1857 India returning to England in 1897 / 1898, he might have his wife and children with him. Her name was Helena born in Singapore. They may have resided in Bedforshire. I

Thanks again, it is really apprecaited.

Hello Loraine, Many thanks for your efforts, much appreciated. It looks as though the info about Frank Heselton will be correct. I (his niece) was led by my sister to believe that he was in England and served in the first world war. But as our mother would not know much about her brother if this corrrect, she being born 1900, I think my sister has bveen having a dream (not unusual).
As for Asa Robinson all we know is hearsay from relatives. He was definitely in England in 1901. They thought he had married, not found a Marriage in England but said they got letters from Canada. We wonder if he went to America first, then moved over the border.

Regards, Bernard & Kathleen
