We often advise people to check electoral rolls also. In this case, I would suggest he try looking for Specsavers first of all. |

It may be that he needs to concentrate his search more. |

I should image if he can't find fanny at his age it's time to give up? |

Indeed we are Wayne Tracey. Often these symbols are used to denote missing or queried letters. For example: Her name may be Mary Joanna Shut/e a distant relative of the famed author Neville. |

Everyone knows that the Marijuana family changed their names when they arrived in England. No wonder that Sylvia person can't find her ancestors. They continued to use their former surname as given names down the line. |

The Rushlands are MY family! They are related to Green Fields and his illegitimate nephew Jack Straw only by marriage so don't think you will get all the names from me to put on your tree. |

Dear Miss Canuck, as I have said many times before, we are not related and so we do not need to share trees. |

Dear Sylvia, as an experienced researcher, I am surprised that you have not searched further afield for your Grass family. Have you checked the following for suitability? |

Green Fields is my ancestor and Jack Grass is his nephew from Northamptonshire, not Lancashire. If you were as smart as you all think you are you would have figured that out, it's what you're paid for, but I had to do it myself, now open your tree. |

Dear Miss Gaslight, such wonderful news for you! I do hope that you are able to find William's brother Norman. If you get stuck, there are some very able researchers on this site who will be able to help you. However, some do live in outlandish places and may not be au fait with English history. |

As Conker is another name for chestnut, Tracey and I may be related ... just wondering if you have made any headway in finding any relatives to your specs yet Tracey? |
