Could anyone help shed some light on a birth certificate, my late half brother was born on 18 April 1951 at Allsaints hospital Chatham Kent, my mother did not register his birth until 3 months later. I was under the impression that the birth of a child had to be registered within 42 days, the question I am asking is under what circumstances would this be allowed, if anyone can help me, I would be very greatful, |
