i have Searching 1851 Census for Bath at 5 New Orchard Street an entry with no parents. Entry reads Harriet Wilmot, Head 30, Jane Wilmot, Sister 27, John Wilmot, Brother 10 which would make this John born in 1841.

can you find them on 1861 ?

I have hit a brick wall with trying to trace my grandmother family. Her name was Lillian Louisa Smith b.9th Aug 1909. Her father, from her marrage cert was William Edward Smith. (The family rumors are that she was not registered properly at birth, as when she was alive she had great trouble getting a passport) We beleive that she was born in London and grew up in tottenham-52 Whit Hart Lane as my mum recalls. I did send off for her birth cert for a Lillian Louisa Smith b 1909 from west ham but this was not the correct one as the father was incorrect. I can't find any trace of her. She was apparently one of 13 children some of the names my Mum remembers were Daisy, Ettie, Jack, Albert and Caroline Emily. I have no idea of her mother name. Any I deas where I start looking next?

My great-grandad is being a pain in the posterior ;)

His name was Joseph Tom Kenderick (sometimes written Kendrick) He was born around 1873 according to the 1901 census he was born in Settle in Yorkshire? Prior to this I cant find out anything about him, he just seems to appear from nowhere and marry my great grandma Mabel Mather! They were married in 1895 in chesterfield, derbyshire.

My Grandmother Mary Lloyd was born Polly Hocknull October 1899 in Wednesbury/West Bromwich West Midlands( or Staffordshire has it was then)

They had quite a few children - Georgina, Charles,John,William, Polly,Emily Edtith and Annie

Her parents were George Hocknull and Susannah Jenkins, could you find -
1) dates they married ? there eldest daughter was born 1888 Georgina.
2) Birth certificate for Susannah, not a clue where she came from
3) who was Georges parents?
