Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 7 Send Message	Can anyone help me without breaking the ethics of the 50 year rule. I sent for the birth certificate of my nephew's dad vol 4, p1081 halifax and the records office e mailed me to say that because i didnt have the full names of the parents i coundnt have it due to the 50 year rule. i think his mother was thompson but i know no more. there is no contact with this person so i cant ask them for help.
