Daniel D Wilson occupations are white smith, gas fitter and engine fitter on previous census so general house smith is in the same ball park. |

Daniel Donaldson Turpin was my grandfather, my father was Albert aged 2 listed on the 1901 census. Daniel was a house painter- on his death certificate in 1935 says he was a journeyman house painter and decorator'. he had 2 more daughters after Albert-- Esther and Elsie. I have not found anything about him before 1901 census, so any information would be great. |
