I am trying to find out what recruitment was carried out at that time for craftsmen to journey to Bermuda when the Dockyards were being built,( by convicts and slaves.)

Also I would like to find the names of ships sailing to Bermuda, presumably from Liverpool for passengers from the north of England. Where should I be looking?
