I am trying to find any descendants of John Handley born 1817 in Tideswell, Derbyshire. He was a Cordwainer/Shoemaker. His father was Ralph Handley and his mother was Ann Harrison. John Handley b.1817 married Lucy Stapleton in 1845 in Bakewell, Derbyshire. They had 4 children - Ann, Mary, Emma and John Thomas b. 1860. John Thomas Handley b.1860 married Elizabeth Clegg b.1870, in Oldham 1893. They had 4
children - Lucy b.1893, Mary Ann, b.1895, John J b.1896 and Gladys b.1900. The Handley family moved from Tideswell to Oldham between 1871 - 1881. John Handley b. 1817. died in Oldham in 1897.
