Millers in Los Angeles, California ?

Some of my ancestors left England in about 1890 and went, eventually, to California. George M took his 2 oldest sons, George Alfred and Frederick M.
I've failed to find them on any passenger lists. It's thought that they were in Glendale in the 1930s.
Any information or suggestions would be very welcome.
