	I have traced back to the parish records in Kelso for the above names marriage on 22 of June 1832. The trail before this seems to have gone cold. Witnessess were James Archibald and John Saddler ,so a father or brothers perhaps. I know there was another brother Henry (born in Cumbria)Walter and Christian were born in Kelso. Thanks everyone for any help
