O'Neils in Scotland

Hi
I am trying to find the family of a Flossie Woods married to a Mr O'Neil. Flossie was born 1901 in London she could have been baptised Florence as I can not find a birth for that name (but she is Flossie on the 1901 census)
She is the sister of my husbands grandmother and at the moment she is the onlt link the family has to Scotland.
My father in law says that his mum was scottish (spoke with a scottish accent) but she was born in London as was her brothers and sisters and parents. Flossie went on to marry a scotsman named O'Neil and lived in the leslie fife area.

Dose this ring any bells with anyone. Any Help???
