Member Since: November 2008 Posts: 2 Send Message	I'm trying to find my nephew Andrew John Philbin born in 1969 at stratford and then adopted, so their would possibly be a name change. My sister his mother is Sarah Jacqueline Philbin who has been very ill would like to make contact. I have found him on births registry but cannot get any further I need the more experienced people to help me please?
