I am only stuck on the Palmer side. I have been searching for the Palmers for 4 years and cant seem to find them in any census record apart from 1901, baptism records and marriage record which is very frustrating!!

Looking at the possible marriage of 1846 which was April 19th of that year. I would say it's likely that John died in 1844. There is a death also in 1846 of a John Horlock but this for last quarter of the year of which Louisa married.

My Grannys sister Evelyn married in to this Fox line ( Phillip Fox and Sarah Jesty ) ---- their mother was a Parsons ( who died young in childbirth ) --- two of her Parsons sisters and one brother - also married this branch of Fox --- and another Parsons sister had a base born Fox son --- who later married a Turner ---- my Granny and Evelyn father Turner line

Actually Michelle -- think you found Evelyn --- married Charle Fox -- or it may have Been her sister Ada Jane --- anyway one of the sisters

And I am still searching for her only brother Frederick ---- although I may have found his death ¿¿¿¿

Funny i just found the Fox one also and was looking for the link, as i did not know Eliza's maiden name.

Wow what a mix up!! I also think John was dead between 1841-1851. I did rule out 1 of the deaths. Eliza now we have these other names, could be under them for a death.
Spelling was always a problem on the census records as well as the baptism/marriage records.
