at least thats ruled 2 cemeteries out

there is no raistrick waterhouse in basford or nottingham general cemetery
2 waterhouses in basford samuel 15 4 1909 age 71 and ellen nov 24 1920 age 82 beloved wife of samuel in graves 118 and 118a

there are no aldreds in basford cemetery but there are these in notts general but it is spelt alldred
all these are in grave number 14258a section 8
kate 9mths 4 10 1855, samuel william 5wks 16 4 1865,sarah 8 3 1855 56yrs wife of john grandmother of the above, sarah 30 3 1860 age 3, samuel jackson 23 11 1867 14mths child of matthew and anne matthew john jackson 21 10 1870 5yrs 6mths child of matthew and anne and finally john flinders alldred 12 5 1888 age 85yrs

apparently notts gen cem is in centre of nottingham accessed from canning circus and weaverley street there is no recorded burial of james or eliza askew but there is this fanny elizabeth askew daughter of james and elizabeth 26 6 1876 age 5 section 27 grave 924 grandaughter of william gibson 27 7 1870 and eliza gibson 30 12 1887 64yrs relict of the above

most of the discs only go to approx 1900 on free bmd elsie is recorded as a neale sept 1911 arthur is also neale march 1914 cannot find f w neale and kathleen march 1921 there are only 2 deaths recorded in basford cem m j h daughter of ebenezer spencer and ethel hilda 1972 age 83

me again there are some askews in notts general cem actually derek i had never heard of basford derbyshire either and im a nottingham lass as well many moons ago
