DARKIE continued sadly I do not have Toot Baldon so cannot find out any more about this marriage, but with the first two children being called Ann in 1792 and Joseph in 1794, I would hazard a guess that Joseph Cox married to Ann Spindler were the parents of James Cox married to Hannah Grimshere. There is a baptism on Latter Day Saints for James Cox in 1769 in Cholsey, but I looked it up and the parents for that child married in Cholsey which is in Wallingford District.

Hi Margaret
Thank you for your e-mail to do me another Oxfordshire look up.
Yes, I would very much like to know more information about Martha's parents please when you have free time.
I noticed the different spelling of Cousins (whether the name changed to Cozens later in the years).
Regards Darkie

Hi Margaret
Thank you very much for your help, Martha was the one I have been stuck on for ages and I had Berrick Salome down where she was born but I was not sure if I had the right information but it looks like I had the wrong town.
Thank you once again I don't really know much about her parents the but I will have to research them as well.
Regards
Darkie

JUDITH Thomas Figg of this parish married in Bicester Sarah Hunt of this Parish by Banns witnesses William Thomas, ELIZABETH HUNT. SARAH HUNT baptised Bicester 30/1/1785 daughter of Thomas Hunt and Sarah Eyres who had married in Bicester 3/5/1784 by Banns Sarah Eyres of Grendon Bucks. witnesses Sarah Shepherd, James Butler. ELIZABETH HUNT baptised Bicester 27/1/1788 daughter of Thomas Hunt and Sarah nee Eyres. With Elizabeth being a witness at the marriage of Sarah Hunt her sister and Thomas Figg I would put this marriage as the most probable one of the two Sarah Hunt marriages.
