Thank you for all the information on Ann Sullivan. The 1871 entry looks promising as her family as father is listed as Engineer, Pattern maker, on her marriage cert it gives fathers occ as Engineer. I did find the 1881 entry but wasn't sure as Emily is listed as Head, no mention of John, I think he was still alive in 1919, not down as deceased on Ann's marriage cert. I will get a copy of the birth record I found for Ann Matilda Sullivan 1877 in Barnet and see what that tells me.
