It is quite a common name so it is difficult to find him on census.

You need to see the marriage certificate for his father's name.

I'm sure youv'e helped me in the past.Iv'e tried to build on your help but alas I'm stuck again.

My Father Samuel Irvine 1918-1990 was born in Osborne Street Northern Ireland.Belfast,Duncairn ward.

His Father was Samuel Irvine b1874 and his Mother was Sarah McLarnon.

His Grand Father and Grand Mother were Francis Irvine and his wife Rosana.

I cannot find any further back nor can I find their death/burial dates.

Can you again be of assistance?
