Susan, Ive reread this thread and cant see Sylvia was acting superior in any way - I do the same as we want to encourage people to learn rather than rely on others. Go to freebmd.org yourself and have a practice finding events and do read that tips thread to help your research - Ive bumped it up for you. |

ahh heather i have her daughter birth certificate and it does not tell me- I somehow think she fibbed on it- maybe it is an age thing- i think she older than she says - there is something odd anyway- as i say it is the other halfs family so if they want to be weird so be it |

Susan, you could use freebmd.org - its free - to find one of the kids birth cert refs and buy it for £7 from GRO online - that would give her full maiden name. |
