Thanks Catherine,
I also found this Hibbert Family, but i discovered that Mark Hibbert had a twin sister and she had a daughter called Elizabeth Hibbert. I AM NOW SO CONFUSED because Mark Hibbert Married Mary Bradbury and there are two Elizabeth Hibberts i really dont even know who i am any more!!!!!
Marks twin sister was called Mary she d 1880 their mother was Martha Wiolde b 1761
also i cant find Samuels Parents William Bradbury and Fanny (HILTON i think)

Thankyou everyone who has helped and advised on this matter, i have now ordered a birth Cert for Samuel and Elizabeth Bradbury's son Pass Bradbury born 1853. Im hoping this will shed more light on my dilemma.

will let you know the outcome!

Katherine i noticed you comment on the age gap between Jane b1845 and Thomas 1856, Pass came between them but died aged one

Hi Bev,

This is a 'tricky' lot to follow as the 2 families obviously keep marrying each other.

I know where we started off but I am not surprised you "don't know where to go next"!

You need to try to stick to just the main line for now to make sure you don't wander off. - The others can then be added later.

Which is the 'direct' line you are following back?

Dea, My aim in all this is to find Samuel Bradbury's parents.
According to the Family Vault he was buried Oct 10 1900 aged 81 with his Wife Elizabeth d June 19 1904
aged 77 son Pass Feb 11 1854 three baby girls Elizabeth, Elizabeth Alice and Hannah all under two and his son Samuel Edgar Jan 7 1900 aged 37.

I have seen this vault with my own eyes and seen the burial reg, his surviving children were Jane 1845 went to Canada, Thomas 1856 a chemist in Glossop, Aaron 1860 a music Teacher Hyde and Gertrude 1870 who died a very rich spinster in 1959.

All the above is fact............ So the big question.......
where do i go from here.

Are they not the ones I gave you originally on the 1851 Census? - William + Fanny Hilton?

If not, I will look further.
