Hi. My husband and I saw Heir Hunters this morning and were amazed at the like ness between Phyllis Mary Bishop and my late Mother in Law. Her name prior to marriage was Kathleen Hilda Mempes (Born 1923) She was the daughter of Naomi Emily Mempes nee Bishop. Naomi was the daughter of John Bishop (Born 1858 Died 1931) and who is believed to have had several siblings. He was married to Emily Carlotte Neale. Below is a photo of my mother in law. Do you have a family tree? My husband would be interested if you have and would love to share it. Sorry picture won't load. I will try and send separately. Steph Garnham nee Howard

Possibilities for Phyllis have been posted............for Edward, you will need to search freebmd...........but there are so many of the name, I'm not sure how you would pick one out...............

If this is Edward's death, his birth was probably a little later than you suggest......assuming his age was accurate on the death info

You say 'Edward died in war'..........do you mean that he was a War casualty? In which year did he die?

How old was he on the marriage cert? What date was the marriage? Who were the witnesses?
