WELL give people who are new to this YOU lot of pro's a break girls,were u not like that when u first started . I do agree with u about old threads . If whoever "doesn't" moderate this site can make a sticky of a "Holiday" post (Xmas/Thanksgiving/HNY) why can't they make a sticky with just one post giving advice about old threads.

I don't think nudging this works as it ends up looking like a chat rather than giving the basic advice of:

"Please check the date of posts and if it is an old post and the member may miss it, please try a Personal Message".

At least then you could just paste the link to the sticky.
