hi chris, all any of us know, is that there was someone he used to refer to my mother as her aunt glady and that she died fairly young in conny hospital gloucester, but dont know what side this lady was from. he was apparently chucked out at a young age and brought up by a miss waring. he served in the war, but again dont know which one, sorry to be so vague, but he was a mystery to us too. regards, tina

hi julie, awaiting death cert, he married a ivy finch in 1939 at corse church, gloucestershire and never mentioned any family other than someone he referred to my mother as her aunt glady. I was told she died in conny hill hospital, gloucester and she was apparentely fairly young, but dont know what side of family she came from. he also served in war, but again this is a mystery. regards tina
