Hi Lesley could you look uo 1901Wales census for me please for Samuel Hicks b.Aberdare..reg.Merthyr Tydfil 1893.Don't know his parents name..he was married to Elizabeth Jenkins and they had a daughter Emily May..I am looking for info on his parents and siblings. thank you |

hi there, i am looking for any details on honora regan born about 1860 or 61 possibly born in ireland but was soon moved to london, who married john hallett (similar birth year) in about 1875 they had 9 or 15 children in london some of the names i know Edith(who i have details was the youngest born in 1913), john , harry, Ann and francis(female) maybe spelt with an E rather than an I not sure |

There is this one also and funnily enough a Richard Lancaster married a Martha in 1853 and this Margaret is down as her stepdaughter |

No, the "Search Records" facility on GR for the 1871 Census does not give a place of birth, I think the location listed is where the person was living in April 1871 i.e. in this case Preston. Someone aged 18 in 1871 would be presumed by GR to be born in 1853. |
