Hi Wendy, Thank you very much for that information some are mine. James to Edith Godsmark, William to Mary Jane Potter ( Witness are William's Brother & Sister) Not sure about Alfred to Mary Jane Feist ( that surname comes up in another wedding Jane Stoner to John Feist, might be a connection ) On BMD there are 2 James Stoners married in 1853 1 to Sarah in Lewes the other to Harriet Attwater,( it just says Horsham as the district.) Thank you for your time Regards KB.

Thank you very much, Wendy. Looking for death or burial:
Wondering if there is anything for William VAUS, christened 24-July-1761 (Shipley, Sussex), DEATH 1-June-1839 (lived in Horsham, but apparently buried in Shipley). (Married to Sarah Morgan, 30-Oct-1794.)
Information was handed down in my family; information backs up what is found on IGI. Wondering if Horsham records might contain more information. Thank you very much.
PS If I might ask, sometime when you are not busy, if you might be able to tell me a wee bit about Horsham? (Town is flat/hilly; 100 houses/5,000 houses; wooded area/barren area, etc. Just wondering what the area looks like.) Thank you. :)

Hi Wendy,
Thank you for your kind offer.
Please could you look for the baptism of HENRY KEMPSHALL born 20/01/1806 and had an adult baptism on 09/11/1825 at Horsham, Sussex.
I am very interested to know his parents.
If there are any other KEMPSHALL births around 1806 I would be interested to hear of them. Hope I'm not asking too much.
Many thanks, Andy

Hi Wendy, Thanks for looking I should of said I have all their childrens baptisms they were baptised In Henry's parish, Cowfold, Sussex. Can I just confirm the date of that marriage as I've just looked on my tree and that says different to what I said and what you said otherwise I will just have to go and look it up again next week when I'm in the records office again. On my tree it says 10/06/1780 as in 10th June 1780. Do you think it should say 6th October then? Clare
Just found my original notes and I'm definately cracking up it was the 6th October 1780. It was Henry's baptism that was the 10th June. Thanks again

Hi Clare
Can't find a baptism for Elizabeth between 1740 and 1780 but if she married Henry Woolvin it was on 06/10/1780 not 06/06/1780 witnesses were Mary Burrage and Thomas Sanders. I also looked for Woolvin baptisms with parents Elizabeth and Henry from 1779 to 1800 but no luck. Anything else you want let me know.
