Hi - all my Davis history as far as I have found is from Bath. My dad and his brothers were the first to leave Bath for a few generations. |

Just checking back over old 'Trying to find ' boards Our William Davis dob was 1846 and died more than likely 1898 aged 53 He did live with his wife at Lilac Place Holloway. He was a coal merchant/carter. Maybe related though in some ways. Looking at your William and Elizabeth - can see eight children possibly born to them. Looks as if they stayed in the Lyncombe/Widcombe area up to 1880 until last child was born. Our William's Mum's maiden name looks to be Watts. Will keep trawling - never know they might have been related |

I am descended from William Davis (1825-1868) who married Elizabeth Dyer Self in 1851 at Bath Register Office - he was a Baker who lived in Holloway, Bath and later Avon Street |
