John William Taylor, b1921 West Hartlepool

We're trying to find any info on the above, he is an uncle, the only information we have is from surviving siblings and it's sketchy at best.
We know for definite he served in the Royal Military Police & upon discharge/demob in the 1940's/50's he then enlisted into the Hong Kong Police, also that he married a local girl and had a family.
We've had little to no contact with him or his family in over 50 years and we're unable to find any details, as yet, on his marriage or records of his time in the HK Police force. We're hoping that someone can give some direction into where we need to look or to get in touch with.
Should anyone know how to deal with any HK searches, preferably free, please let us know.
Should any surviving family memebers be out there in the ether please get in touch.

Thanks
