EDIT - I think so, the Kenneth who died in 1968 died in Cardiff and was Kenneth G.

Can you find Kenneth's death in 1968 because it will give his date of birth for elimination

In 1871, he's in Scotland, presumably with his family. Can't find in 1881. In 1891 he's a Draper's Assistant in Cheltenham.
