Fish selling Schofields!

My Schofield line I have traced back to the early 1800's and many of them worked together in Manchester on the Smithfield Market selling fish and chickens etc. But where did William Hanby Schofield go? I know he married Fanny Jobber of Willenhall, Staffs. and the 1901 census has them living (possibly) at Moston Hall, Blackley, with their 2 yr old son John and Wm's mother Sarah (still working at 64!) and a niece Florrie taylor aged 14 yrs. I say 'possibly' at Moston Hall as there has been some crossing out, but he is registered as the employer. I have tried to contact the Manchester museums but no reply so far. The Hanby middle name has been passed down through the generations, too, from William Hanby Atkinson. Anyone else got them in their tree?
Thanks
Euns.
