I had an aunt who lived in Fareham with her mother. My aunts first name was Grace but I do not know my grandmother's first name. They lived there during the first half of the 20th century. I think Grace was born circa 1888. Her younger brother - Thomas Robert Sandy (my father)was born in 1900, in Malvern in Worcestershire. To the best of my knowledge this branch of the family moved from Malvern to Fareham in the early 1900's and spread along this part of the south coast from Fareham to Southsea and Havant. My father also had a brother George Sandy who also lived in Fareham, at this time and another younger brother Frank Sandy who lived in Havant. He also had a sister Milly who lived in Southsea and another sister who lived in Havant (I think it was Havant) whose name was possibly Jen or Jenny. There were two other brothers; Jack Sandy, the eldest who lived in Port Talbot in South Wales and Reginald who remained in Malvern when the family moved to Fareham.
