Roper in Suffolk Henry Roper was a shepherd. He married Ellen (Bloomfield) Rogers at Plomesgate Registry Office, Wickham Market in 1884. They had 13 children between 1885 and about 1910. The first children were born in the Earl Soham / Otley area. By 1897, they were living in Stoke-by-Nayland, but may have left some of the children behind in Otley. By 1909, they were living in Stowlangtoft. I am trying to trace the children - I do not know all their names. |
