QUIGLEY
Quigley, ó Coigligh A Gaelic surname which according to Woulfe is derived from coigeal meaning ‘an untidy person, with unkempt hair’.

In 1890 Quigley was principally found in Derry, Dublin, Donegal, Galway, Louth and Sligo, and the estimated number of bearers was 3,990.
