	hmmmmmmm lobby sounds as if I might like it! is it corned beef from a can (ie, Fray Bentos) or real corned beef? There is a supposedly Irish dish that is often served on this side of the Pond, corned beef with cabbage, and that is made with real beef treated in a certain way. s xxx

	People from Wigan are Pie Eaters and those born in Leigh, Lancashire are referred to as "Lobby-gobblers" Lobby = dish made from corned beef and vegetables

	OH has always called them goosegogs, and he's half-Welsh they make a lovely jam :)))
