	I am trying to find my Dad's cousin. She was born 25th Sept 1946 in Balham Wandsworth. Home address was 27 Elmbourne rd Balham. Her name at birth was Anne Sandra - but she was known as Sandra. Her parents were living in Tattenhall Chester in 1965 when her Mother Nesta nee Shepherd died. Her father Charles Thomas Payne was still living there in 1969 when Nesta's Dad died in 1969. I have tried BMD but with no luck, it doesn't have her birth or her mothers death. I have the certificates for both. Any help would be wonderful many thanks Tammy
