Having trouble finding John Nuttall b 1830 on the 1841 & 1851 census. He had 3 brothers Richard born 1821 Adam b 1834 and Edward b 1841 not sure who their parents were mother could be Alice. Any help would be appreciated. Ta |

If it is the family above Alice was born in 1811 so she would have been too young to have had a son in 1821. She could of course have been a second wife to Mr. Nuttall. Can you tell us where the brother's names came from please? |

I got this information from a relative in Denmark who has some notes written by an old Aunt who is now dead. I found an Alice & Adam in 1871 and her birth is 1804. |

There is a family with mother Alice and children John, Thomas and Adam that Astra and I posted in 1841 and 1851 above - although John wasn't living with the family in 1851 |

But according to the OP the child born in 1841 was Edward not William and there is no baptism of a John listed to Matthew and Alice. |
