Find Ancestors

Nicholson and Nichols My grandmother, before marriage to Warren Nicholson in 1911, was Elina Nichols born 1891 and I cannot find any trace of her birth. Her father was Thomas. Any links please. Marian (nee Nicholson)

My name is Frank Nicholson like yourself i am researching the Nicholson and Nichols line and like yourself have came to a stop trying to get records but i did find a lot of the Nichols line in Ireland maybe thats why you cant find there birth cert to make matters worse my ancestors changed the name from Nichols to Nicholson when they arrived in Scotland i do no that i have 2 Thomas Nichols in my tree the Nichols line came from England then Ireland then Scotland the furthest i go back is 1834 with Henry Nichols born someware in England so you can sea my problem hope this helps in you research.
